Delivery
- Production time: most orders are machined and dispatched within 10–15 working days.
- Delivery area: mainland UK as standard; other areas by arrangement — contact us to check.
- Cost: calculated at checkout based on order size and postcode; free delivery on orders over £450.
- Tracking: you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
- Large/tall doors: larder and full-height wardrobe doors are shipped in protective rigid packaging.
Returns
Because every door is manufactured to your exact specification, made-to-measure items cannot generally be returned once production has started, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for bespoke/personalised goods.
- Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.
- Faults or errors: if a door arrives damaged, or doesn't match your order, we will remake or repair it at no cost — contact us with photos within 5 working days of delivery.
- Samples: free samples are not required to be returned.
