1. Measure your openings
Measure the cabinet aperture width and height at three points each (top/middle/bottom and left/middle/right) and use the smallest measurement. Enter the aperture size, not the old door size — we automatically apply a standard 2mm gap per side. Ordering replacement doors for a known brand like Howdens or IKEA? Select the brand in the configurator and we'll apply their standard gap automatically.
2. Design in the configurator
Choose your product type, door style, material and finish, then enter your sizes and quantities. The price updates live as you go, so there are no surprises.
3. We machine your order
Once ordered, your doors are CNC machined to your exact specification in the UK, quality checked, then finished and packed.
4. Delivered and ready to fit
Doors are delivered to your address, pre-bored for standard hinges where applicable, ready to hang. See delivery & returns for timescales.
